Are the speed limit signs in Lancaster just a suggestion? At any red light you can see the cars going way over the limit It's really bad out on Lincoln going out of and into town like they are at the drags strip. Big semis are the worst. Back the blue 100%, they don't get enough for what they have to tolerate and they deserve the most respect but come on drivers, slow down. If you lost someone you loved due to reckless high speed would that catch your attention and obey the signs then?

Anyone got one? We do and she even has the bob hairdo, lol. Chases kids and tells them where they can play. Brags about being the 'queen ' of Facebook in the hood. 😂😂😘😘😂😂 Leaves her garage door up so she can see what's going on in the hood. Walkers try to avoid her while walking cause they want to avoid her yet she gets in their faces when she catches them walking by. No one llikes her and talks about how nasty she really is. She takes close ups of her nasty face and post them On her Facebook page, her skin is scaly and red and rough. Oh and she lies every time she opens her piehole.

Everyone keep a close eye on your bill. Have been charged for the last 13 months 9.95 for a landline we never had. We have cell phones so did not need a landline. Now Spectrum will not refund over 120.00 that they owe us because they say we didn't dispute this within 60 days. We auto pay and went paperless so we never felt the need to actually look at our bill. They screwed us and they know it but they refuse to refund or even credit to our account. We've been spectrum for over 12 yrs and are now going to look at other HONEST options for cable & internet. They are not a good company so check your bill every month.

What is wrong with him? He shuts down major streets to invite outsiders who love to protest to come do it in Lancaster. Can he not be a real man and stand up and back the blue and say HELL NO. If you come to our town you'll be arrested. He's taking a huge risk if they start looting, stealing and tearing down business establishment. It didn't work well for Sweaty Balls Ginther in Columbus and it won't work well for BUCKY BEAVER here in Lancaster. Let us all pray he doesn't get re elected. That's okay. Social media gets out all over the United States, in case you haven't figured that out. And I will make sure they are known. Google their name. For every 1 good review there is 15 right behind that is really bad reviews. All over in every state that they have built in. Maybe that's why they have gotten STOP WORK ORDERS, because of their shabby work. They seem to follow not building rules just ask the Lancaster building department who have put those stop work orders on them. They have also had the same problems in Chillicothe, Commercial Point & Washington Court House. So it was in every building site in Ohio. Oh and my luck is great. Through attorneys they wrote a check. So THANKS for the check. Lol.

Well what can I say about wade jurney who is now century homes. They LIE. They don't honor their home building and they never return. calls. Once you sign on the dotted line and the home is yours then it's your problem. Make sure you think it over, read the reviews. Don't make the mistake of thinking that they are honest about anything.

How can all those homes 12 of them be listed as SOLD and none of them have closed yet ? Most of the 12 homes that are on both sides of Lancaster are no where near being completed. Just maybe if they paid the workers on time all those jobs could be completed and homes actually closed on and SOLD.

If anyone is having problems with this home builder please contact me through here. Am hearing more and more not so good news about this company and would like to get together with all those buyers who can't close due to their excuse after excuse. I think we all have grounds to Do a class action lawsuit against them.

Anyone trying to buy a home with this company? Was told home would be ready by June it is now middle of July. No work being completed. Sign in one door says public utilities shut off. Called and they said they haven't paid this. Will probably contact an attorney and news media to run a story. Fed up with their excuses. At least 5 homes in this area waiting to close but homes are not being completed.
